Website terms
Effective September 23, 2026 · Alberta, Canada
These terms apply to the LeagueNexa website, platform subscriptions and support inquiries.
About the service
LeagueNexa is a league-management service based in Alberta, Canada, intended for adult leagues at launch. League organizers remain responsible for their competitions, participation rules, eligibility, league fees, safety and decisions about published information.
Pricing and subscriptions
All published LeagueNexa software prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) plus applicable taxes. Domain-registration costs, league registration fees and third-party payment-processing charges are separate unless expressly included.
A one-competition purchase provides access for one continuous competition lasting up to six months. Annual organization access permits up to four new competitions during one 12-month access period. Unused annual competition allowances do not roll over.
Your selected plan begins after successful checkout and account activation. You may request a refund of a LeagueNexa software purchase within seven calendar days of purchase. After seven days, the purchase is non-refundable, subject to rights that applicable law does not permit us to limit. Any additional onboarding, migration, domain or integration work is confirmed separately.
Nexa+ registration payment collection is available only where activated and confirmed during setup. Any payment-processing or LeagueNexa platform fees will be disclosed before that capability is enabled. LeagueNexa software checkout is separate from fees collected by a league from its participants.
Responsible use
Provide accurate inquiry details and use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access or misuse personal information. League admins using the platform must be authorized to manage their league’s content and obtain appropriate participant permissions for photos, rosters, statistics and social graphics.
Content and product information
Website content and LeagueNexa branding belong to their respective owners. Product screenshots may use generic names and identifying details. League content remains the responsibility of the league providing it. Feature descriptions explain the product; specific services and support commitments are confirmed in your agreement.
